• Was born in Baki, 14 September, 1963.
• 1985-1990 – studied at oriental chair of ASU.
• 1991-1993 – research assistant of the Chair of Turkology, BSU
• 1993-1997 - post graduate student of the Chair of Turkology, BSU
• Since 1997 – has been working as a lecturer of the Chair of Turkology, BSU
