• Was born in 1964 in Baki.
• In 1972-82 secondary school 1
• 1987-93 philological faculty of the Baki State University, speciality «the Azerbaijan language and the literature».
• Since 1993- worked Nile «Applied questions of the Azerbaijan language» BSU on a post scientific, senior scientifically, the leading scientific employee.
• In 1997 the dissertation on a theme «Political terminology in the Azerbaijan language»
• In 2008 protected candidate the thesis for a doctor's degree on a theme «Language building in Azerbaijan».
• Author of 4 monographies and 45 scientific articles.
• Married.

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED

• 1993 graduated from the philological faculty BSU.
• In 1998 political terminology in the Azerbaijan language » protected the master's thesis
• In 2008 protected the thesis for a doctor's degree by name «Language building in Azerbaijan».
• Since 2007 - work on chair «Azerbaijan linguistics».
• The senior lecturer (deputy), teach «Modern Azerbaijan language».
