• Was born in Kuba, 20 September, 1943
• 1960 – finished the secondary school 4
• 1960 – 1963 – teacher of the Russian language at the Konahkend secondary school (Kuba region)
• 1963 – 1968 – student of the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian language and Literature named after M.F. Akhundov.
• 1970 -1979 – teacher of the Chair of Phonetic of the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian language and Literature named after M.F. Akhundov.
• Since 1979 has been working at the Baki State University.
• Married, three children.

• In 1968 graduated from the Azerbaijan Pedagogical Institute of Russian language and Literature named after M.F. Akhundov
