Scientific Conference "Modern Azerbaijan philology: researches, problems and prospects"
16/11/2011Rector of BSU, the deputy of National Assembly, academician Abel Maharramov opened the conference. Then a documentary film "The top of the spoken word” was demonstrated. Prof. of classical Azerbaijan literature chair Gara Namazov, prof. Tofig Hajiev, prof. Ghazanfar Pashayev, deputy of National Assembly of the Republic, honored journalist Elmira Akhundova, Rashid Rzayev and others spoke at the conference and told their memories.

On November 15, 2011 the work in sections continued, and at 12.00 passed the final meeting, which was summed up the work of scientific conference "Modern Azerbaijan philology: researches ,problems and prospects."
In total, more than 150 researchers took part in the conference.
Materials of the conference were published.
